Tips to prevent water damage

It is not uncommon for Montana to get hail the size of tennis balls or golf balls. Please inspect your roof and home after a hail storm.

1.) Clean your gutters and ensure good drainage. 

2.) Direct down spouts 5-10 feet away from the house and ensure good drainage.

3.) Test your Sump Pump regularly.

4.) Fix all water leaks immediately.   

5.) Check for dark spots under pipes and on ceilings.

6.) Repair any cracked caulking. 

7.) Inspect your roof regularly. Replace missing roof shingles ASAP.
