Storm Damage Collects in Helena Basement
SERVPRO techs answered the call to clean up storm damage in this Helena basement and found a thick layer of mud along with the water that needed extraction and drying. The techs have large hoses on their larger units to accommodate mud and debris that sometimes accompanies floodwater. Some of the random items that were on the basement floor got removed and taken to cleaning stations to determine if they had restoration potential. Since the room was not finished, the techs needed to dry the concrete substrate and cinder block walls. Afterward, the techs cleaned the affected areas with solutions specifically formulated for use on brick and concrete.
