Helena Office Hallway Gets Commercial Water Damage Restoration
The long hallway in this Helena office building had a large amount of commercial water damage, with the glue-down carpet getting saturated. SERVPRO techs arrived quickly and used multiple portable pumps to extract the water. The carpet delaminated from the substrate and required removal to dry the concrete slab underneath. Although the techs could determine that none of the water wicked into the sheetrock through the use of their moisture detection devices, the thresholds in each doorway needed removal to dry the floor. After drying the slab floor, the techs cleaned it and prepped to install a new carpet, the property owner arranged to get put in after the restoration services got completed.
