Stormwater Invaded a Helena Basement
The pooling water gushed in from the exterior during a severe storm in the Helena area. In the Before Photo, most of the contaminated water has been extracted along with the relocation of stored contents, luckily most in plastic storage containers. A portable, submersible pump removed the water to a level that did not degrade further the walls or furnace. A section of the walls in the affected lower level of this home was removed with a controlled demolition by our trained ASD applied structural drying technicians. We try to restore and not replace building materials and expensive heavy-duty appliances like the furnace whenever possible. The structure can be deodorized and disinfected to ensure a safe environment is the outcome. We're Faster To Any Size Disaster.
